In September CODEX meets London based DJ agency Tweak UK. Representing Tweak UK for their official launch party we have the hot electronic talents of Mihalis Safras and Liberto coming straight over from Greece.

Athens born Mihalis Safras is one of techno’s hottest up-and-coming DJ/producers and a pioneer of this sound in his native land over the past decade. Mihalis has built up a massive following with his DJ sets and with productions on labels such as Trapez, Harthouse, Zenit, Perc Trax and his own Material Series. The support of big DJs like Richie Hawtin, Ricardo Villalobos and Adam Beyer add more waves on the international techno circuit.

Liberto released his debut album ‘Lullaby’ in September 2006 on Athens-based label Klik Records. The album had a warm minimal & tech-house sound and was produced at the same time as releasing his ‘Contra EP’ on Klik’s sub label Nuevo. 2007 saw him co-produce several tracks on Material Series with label owner Mihalis Safras.

CODEX is a monthly party (every third Thursday). A buzzing midweek party for Londoners who know their music.
