according to figures released by the surgeon general, an estimated 300,000 u.s. citizens die each year to causes attributed to obesity. over 60% of the u.s. population could be classified as porky or down right lardy.
a similar pattern is emerging over most of the western world as they enjoy all the benefits of a liberal parliamentry democracy (t.m.) and prove their good citizenry by consuming in supersized quantities.
perhaps the big mac is the tactical nuke of fast food with each meat patty reputedly composed from meat of up to 20 different cows thus maximising the potential for widespread disease epidemic. or maybe the humanitarian bargain bucket's really are poisoned. there's the inevitable toxic gas attack after eating a kebab on your way home after a few beers and finally the chemical attack the morning after a vindaloo.
middle eastern 'activists' need not worry about the infidels of the west, we'll eat ourselves to death with one hand on the remote but just make sure that you're not downwind when the west takes a fart and blows a hole in the ozone layer.
